Something ridiculously cool is that on my latest litter cleanup walk, I encountered wild radish plants! I did not know what it was but was brave/stupid enough to eat one of those pods anyway, since it looked like green beans. I've heard it's not good to eat plants grown along the highway because of the car exhaust and runoff, but I see these little yellow flowered friends lots of other places and am going to try digging one up later. Thanks!
Oh wow! Thats really cool, yeah anything next to a highway is survival food for sure.
