Cannelloni - the large, thick tubular noodles of hard wheat have a length of about 10 cm. To make you, dough sheets are rolled up into tubes. It is simpler, of course, to buy these already in the supermarket.
In this video, a recipe is shown, in which the cannelloni are prepared with a mince filling.
The filling comes directly into the uncooked cannelloni and is baked in the oven.
For the preparation you need:
- Cannelloni, without precooking
For filling:
- 500 g minced meat
- Diced onions
- some garlic or garlic powder
- some parsley
- 200 g of cream
- 100 g of Parmesan
For the sauce you need:
- 50 g flour
- 50 g butter or margarine
- 500 ml of milk
- 500 ml of passed tomatoes
- some vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- Muscat
- 200 g of grated cheese
