It never really goes away, just goes into remission.
- Firing all the assholes in my life
I stopped wasting my limited mortal time with people that directly & indirectly give off negative energy. I don’t care how long you have been friends with Josh. Cut him off. Cut off parents if you have to. - Exercising more
A combination of swimming and judo. Don’t have time? Neither do I! Climb the stairs everywhere you go, no matter what. Works for me. - Auditing my time
Every activity that was a waste of time was removed. Every moment is dedicated towards moving forward. Goal, micro task, execute.
The truth is,
-Situations will not come to you.
-It’s your job to go out into the world.
Put yourself in situations that facilitate change.
I always overlooked exercise in every self-help book I have read. It wasn't until this year that I had a moment where I realized that it really is one of the most important things. Your body and mind feel clear and you're able to tackle problems with more ease. Also, people who waste your time are nothing but a pain in the butt, once you realize this everything becomes easier in terms of accomplishing your goals. Really like the way you worded this, it is spot on!
@kouba01 #1 can be the hardest for people due to the expectations people have of others. But yea I agree that if you around negative energy you have to find a way to remove yourself from it
Exercise is known to improve your mental health so any kind of exercise can be helpful. Is judo difficult?
@rwenner Word to that
