It’s the most participated motorsport in the UK, mainly because of its affordability. The sport is governed by NASA, no, not that one. National autograss sport association. You have to have a nasa licence, which is issued from one of the 50odd clubs around the UK and Ireland. It’s usually about £60 Sterling per year for a licence, and if you wanted a budget car, in one of the lower classes, you can buy a race spec starter car for as little as £300. On the other end of the spectrum, I’ve seen top cars for sale for over £50k. However, everybody shares the same pits, and racetrack, no matter what your budget is.

Thanks for the info. I don't think we have anything like that here in Australia. Maybe the next time I'm in the UK I will check out a race.
