Howdy mates!
Here's my latest doodle artwork that I made to cope up with stress. Yes, I was really demotivated, stressed, problematic, etc for the past days so drawing and doodle were my companions to comfort me lol.

The process
Firstly, I made a light sketch of the skull, just with a very lighy stroke.
Light sketching After that I started inking the skull then, using the hatching technique. I used 0.3 techpen by the way.
Inking the skull And then I filled the skull with strokes and hatch until i finished it off.
Finishing off the skull The skull was done so I proceeded to the best part, doodling. I started off the left side near the skull.
Started doodling I added more doodle characters, patterns, objects and all.
Adding more doodle stuff And more doodle stuff!
And more! After everything, I finalized the doodle, the skull and all.

Hello i totally believe that drawing can help to deal with stress:) i like to draw or do some crafts to relax. Your art is pretty cool i love the mix of the skull and the doddle.

Congratulation! You have a great imagination! Lots of details which make your artwork very interesting. I like it how there small creatures and ghosts take over the territory and come and go throughout the skull. Great job, keep up the good work! Oh, one last thing, have you thought about adding some colors? Would that be too much? I think it would.

Hi @oliviackl! Thanks for the appreciation :) actually, everytime I do doodles everything is on the spot hehe maybe I planned the figure or outline but the doodle characters and stuff are made on the spot

Doodle plus a hint of macabre, yep that fits the type of art I'd dig into. Good work here. Got a scanned version of the image? there's a lot of potential if reworked in digital there.

Ok, I have to be honest, the skull - is creepy but the rest of the doodle art that is passing through the skull's eyes, nose and jaw like smoke is sooooo cute!!! Thank you so much for sharing with us the process and the video is really cool! It captures the essence of your doodling. Hope I can draw like this some day. I would love to doodle.
That really does look like it would be relaxing to do. Do you get lost in it?
If I do anything creative I get lost and loose all track of time slipping by.
Now what kind of creative stuff do you really enjoy? You do a good bit of writing, I think I would like to see some art work or music. or do you do both?
I have been contemplating some different types of content to put on the platform. Just stay tuned you may end up being surprised eventually.
Ok, now I'm waiting on the surprise. I'll have to come up with something soon too.
Yeah it can be a bit of an exercise in trial and error just deciding which direction to go with posting. I have interests in a lot of areas but deciding where to put the time in is something else entirely.
I am sure my blog will be all over the place before it is over. Still mulling over ideas for a contest post.

howdy from Texas sir ligarayk! wow this is some doodle art sir, I wish I could create such are when I'm doodling! lol. I love the detail work, the tiny little figures and everything going on there as well as the excellent skull.
The process was very well laid out, do you teach this style of art in a class somewhere or online?

haha! not that I know of. as far as I know I don't have an inkling of any kind of artist ability. do you besides guitar and singing?
Well, not that I have developed very well, I used to draw just a bit, I'll have to see if I can dig one out. My oldest daughter is pretty good at it, and that's what my brother's degree is in.... he works as a mechanic now....
howdy sir coinsandchains! how was church or are you still laid up? so artisticness runs in your family it sounds like, your brothers degree is in art but he's a mechanic on his own or a big shop?
It's more of like an AAMCO type place, but independent, they do a bit of everything, like a fast lube with other basic mechanic stuff as well.

Wow! You've got a cool stress buster there! You have a really creative imagination to be coming up with such idea when you are stressed. I for one just want to pause and take a break when I am stressed.

That is pretty cool, it looked like a lot of fun. It's a little dark but I think the rocket sort of cheered it up a bit. It was almost like your mood changed as you did the step by steps. I always enjoy the step by steps, It helps me to visualize the actual creative process that you go through.
Mine is music, depending on the mood I might play a song I love or make one up as I go, it makes me feel great just to make a noise that is beautiful... (to me at least) lol.
Something else I just thought of, putting a few of those together, and sending them to the Mead company they would make great art work for the fronts of folders or some of the young adult style horror books. Just a thought, but I've seen some folders and binders with art work similar but not really as good as yours.
