How to make a Cuban ratatouille:
1.- ¼ cup chopped onion.
2.- ½ cup of chili pepper.
3.- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley.
4.- 1 cup of peeled tomatoes, seeded and chopped.
5.- ½ cup of french fries
6.- ½ cup of carrots boiled and diced.
7.- ½ cup of boiled beans.
8.- ½ cup of cabbage (cabbage) raw, cut and finite.
9.- ½ cup cooked fish.
10.- ½ cup cooked fish
11.- 6 eggs.
12.- 2 tablespoons of oil.
13.-1 tablespoons of salt.
14.- 1 tablespoon of color (ie paprika).
15.- pinch of pepper.

Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onion next to the chili and parsley; Add the tomatoes and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.
Then add the previously fried potatoes, carrots, beans, cabbage and shredded fish.
Season with salt, color and pepper and cook 2 or 3 more minutes while stirring.
Then add the beaten and seasoned eggs. Cook while stirring until they set.
We serve on slices of toast and decorate to taste.
