I agree that we never know what day will be our last and we have to take advantage of the things put in front of us when those opportunities present themselves.
Hopefully you will still make videos in the PI. Your honest, real, and courageous commentary is exactly what Americans need to wake up. "The System" was and is still being designed to extract wealth not create it. Your feedback on creating multiple streams of revenue especially outside "Income" is refreshing. More importantly, the advice focuses on sustainable longterm moves instead of quick money. BTW - My wife is from the PI and we have been seriously looking at a similar strategy. Yeah just imagine if you took the money that you make and instead of spending it in Las Vegas how much less you would be spending somewhere in SE Asia. This is what got my wheels turning a few years ago and it took me a long time to pull the trigger but I finally made the decision. It has not been easy as this is a process and over time I just came to the realization that it is something that I needed to stop thinking about and just act on as I'm not getting any younger. I wish I would have done it a decade ago but I was not mentally ready to do it then as I was living life and having fun spending money that I could have used to make the move then, lol! Either way you will figure it out when the time is right for you if this is what you want to do.

I have been renting last several years, after 20 years of home ownership; I'm happier without the huge mort payment every month, and without the ex that wants a nicer house all the time ;-)
I feel a simple home is fine, and I like to save my assets for crypto. Finally come to terms with gold being obsolete, etc. Cash too, mostly.. try flying with 100K and see how far you get?

I appreciate you liking the content and I'm glad that I made the Steemvoter list. I also agree that home ownership is no longer my calling after having to wait out the 2007 - 2008 mortgage industry collapse and I too I'm now much happier renting as opposed to owning.

Yes I was, I joined after 9/11 and remember my drill instructors had a positive impact on me. During my service, I was awakened to many disturbing truths about the world and eventually had my own breakaway moment to better manage myself and address concerns that were not compatible with group think.

Most working class and some middle class Americans can't get ahead because their wages are low and on top of this, they don't know how to control their spending habits. This results in spending money on stuff that probably isn't needed and debt.
Yep and that is the very thing that is keeping a lot of us tied to jobs continuing to work for those small wages.
Yep, I found myself working more and more to pay for the needs. Now I am working to pay off the need and making my money work for me till I can stop working for the money.
