I love Dtube too. But it can become even better :) You should keep one thing in mind though: at the moment, on steemit, you are likely to earn only in the first couple of days, but you are unlikely to earn much on the same content after it is older than that. On youtube on the other hand, you earn as long as your video is online and get's views. I really think steemit should adapt long-tail strategies, so that content like for example scishow or physicsgirl, make more sense here on steemit or dtube. I create tutorials that are meant to hold their educational value even years later. But here on steemit, i have to make money from it within of days, not years. and that is problematic for that kind of content, because it is build to be slow content.

Both can have up and downs. I still use both platforms
