4.30am! Admirable, but don't overdo it or you might get ill!
I've been trying to achieve a pull-up - my New Year resolution was to do just one. I did manage half a pull-up, but then got a bit lazy so it's gone down to about a quarter. I do two or three negative pull-ups when I go to the bouldering gym.
I'm going to really put some effort into it now, because I know it helps my bouldering and climbing, and I'm learning to lead climb on Monday :)
