Whether its human, an animal, or a bird..no body can live alone.. and when it comes to love birds, they are more cute when they kiss and adores each other..I understand you dont want another bird, but it will look very cute to you and visitors who sees your bird when those birds makes love.. moreover, its also monetarily profitable as they lay eggs and once the babies get independent you can very easily sell it to others or present it to your dear ones. But its just my opinion, you know better what you should do with your pet.
I do want another bird, a blue one, who will be called 'Steem'.
So eventually... the adventures of 'Steem' and 'Bird' lol!
The first one 'Bird' actually was escaped in the wild and flew onto a family member who didn't want a bird so was given to me, because of that I was not really prepared with the appropriate cage and whatnot, as well as a second lovebird...
I have heard that, and I've also heard that it is a misconception but I do intend to get a second bird at some point.

All in good time.
