I'm trying to get into a space where when I speak to the camera I honestly just think about all the people I care for on the platform and imagine I am speaking directly to them. It helps me a little to get over my nerves and I just think about what I would want to say if I was speaking to them in person. It's not the same exactly but it's the best that I can give and share with everyone here. Haha you are totally right though, I think mostly its the idea of talking to yourself, even though you are speaking to a camera. We have always consider people who speak to themselves as crazy. But I am trying to work through those silly thought patterns, and I honestly have surprised myself. 😊
