@minigunner. That's really nice that you are trying to get your sister onboard. If she does be sure to let me know I'd love to see her content! I guess it is because I haven't taught yoga much that I'm worried about doing it. It's weird because the practice is so raw and vulnerable to me and I feel like when I teach I share such a special part of myself. But maybe that's the exact reason I need to do it! Unfortunately I dont have the best space for it right now for filming so I will have to wait for the rain to stop so I can do it out side.
