It means a lot that you are offering your ear to those with anxiety and depression. It helps to know that you aren’t going through it alone. That other people out there understand and don’t think you’re lazy and worthless because you can’t get out of bed.
I’ve recently started medication and it’s something I wish I’d accepted years ago. If it helps ease your pain it’s worth it.
My advice to others is to find something that helps you. Life doesn’t have to be so hard. You are worth it. You deserve to feel good.
This is so true! I have tried a few different meds and they only seemed to make things worse. I would fall deeper down the rabbit hole. I could always try again though. I know there are a lot of options now.
Yeah the first time I started meds I was 16. There’s no way today they would have prescribed Paxil and Klonopin to a teen today.
I just watched your video and I really appreciate your openness.
Unrelated, but you remind me so much of someone I know in Sacramento. When I watch you I can’t help thinking that you’re her sister.
May I recommend checking with your pharmacist. Be certain there are no interactions. Also some meds decrease magnesium, a necessary mineral.
