Also I would add the level of Humility among people seems to have hit an all time low in this World. Just have no humbleness to speak of and it shows when they are swift to point the blame away from themselves :(

I think it is also a problem of the thought of entitlement which has become prevalent these days as well. Assuming responsibility is the best way to demonstrate “you have skin in the game” when trying to achieve goals. Otherwise, there is no accountability and no follow through for execute.
