If @dtube ditches the ridiculous 7 day curation window and makes it indefinite... because some productions are just classic...

    I've never understood why there is only a 7 day window for earnings. I know that @heimindanger is looking into other ways to monetize DTube videos beyond 7 days.

      The 7 day window is blockchain based, it would require a hard fork to change it. It's not something you may adjust on an application level.

        Thanks for the explanation but I still don't understand. I don't know what a hard fork is. I don't know what blockchain means either. I'm still trying to learn.
