This is a very hard question to answer neutrally. For one simple reason - I already hold BTC, ETH and some 5-7 ALT coins. So my answer tends to be biased.... depend to what I already have.
If I would not have even one satoshi worht of cryptos, TODAY i would buy
BTC-30%
ETH-30%
STEEM-30%
EOS-10% ( would wait a bit longer for cheaper EOS though)
