I have been looking into the ability to add organic growth features such as some sort of AI. The expense part isn't really that big of a deal at the moment. Since the majority of the code for dtube (except uploaders, storage servers, playback servers) are ran directly on the end users PC. I am first going to tackle the search engine problem, so recommended videos will show up on the video bar again (hopefully). Once I have tested this consistently, i will merge that with the main source code set. Vimm.tv works well as a replacement for the time being.. Tag expansion is also something that i will tackle along with all this. Lots here to talk about in this video and i appreciate the video about this. I will also backup both this and the previous video so they can play forever. On the dtube network servers of course.

Update; I found an amazing search engine that is open source and has LOTS of important search functions for potential AI. https://steemlookup.com/#/

Wow. this is all really cool and good information. Things I never knew about. Thank you. I think it's really cool that you are testing things, taking initiative is well respected.

Definalty i am agree with you that if you will search a particular thing on @dtube you won't find lots of video.

Because this is new platform based on blockchain if you will think the same way when youtube was introduced some years ago it was not possible to find a lots of video on particular topic on youtube as well.

But slowely and steadily peole join the platform they start to develop a lots of video on particular thing and then they mention on their own way of that topic and now you tube is a big giant company .

So same way as a blockchain tech need a new people who is steadily helps it grow a platform in decentralised way. And day by day that power will be in hands of people who is making videos on it . They need apeople loke us who help to grow it .

I don't know i am able clear my point to you or not but in short as a community we can grow . It will take time because this is new platform .

For sure, I think that most problems will be seen and fixed once there is more people. More people also means more money for DTube, and then they can hire more staff. I hope that, before or even when many new people come, that the developers have these things fixed.
