Ayeee thats awesome that you're doing this challenge! I'm gunna follow you to cheer you on since im a personal trainer haha - you should try doing some HIIT on the treadmill for like 10-15 minutes instead of running two miles straight (more benefits for you). Also its good to ease into the weight lifting so you're making some really great choices.
