Thanks for sharing your thoughts @patschwork! Based on your profile pic - it seems that you are a women so I'm hoping to ask you one more follow up question. What helped you overcome those barriers and actually get involved in the crypto space? Thanks again!
Oh there are two reasons. The first and most important one: I found Steemit for me as a great platform to share my content. And I'm working as software developer and so I'm anyway used to learn new technical stuff. But I also go along with the other commentators: when my husband first started experimenting with bitcoin I didn't feel safe about that as an investment.
