It was basically a pole party with my badass friends at open pole this weekend! We had the MOST fun playing around with handsprings. I’ve always wanted to try a double handspring - watch the video to see how it goes! We definitely took it a step further as well. One of my pole goals for 2018 is to get a solid iron X. If you are unfamiliar with iron X, it is where you hold yourself in almost a side plank position in the air. It definitely requires a lot of obliques. I will need to do more oblique workout drills :P I guess we will see - I had put this on my goal list for 2017, and didn’t really practice. I will be reassessing and revamping my 2018 tricks list soon!

hehe thanks adam! HMM I didn't actually set anything differently. I just use 4 tags and the dtube tag will automatically pop up in the beginning. glad the 3 ppl pole worked out and that it didn't turn into a #FAIL. lol!
