This story seems much more complicated than I first thought. Like it is often the case with private disputes going public, there are different versions coming out from various parties.

even watching both videos something doesn't add up even faith Is leaving.
Ezra stated she went to #Cville against his wishes, which was ok, but then she ended up on a podcast so that was it, he fired her.

Sun Media was a subsidiary of Quebecor Media which had Pierre Peladeau has a founder. His son, Pierre Karl Péladeau, was the CEO of Sun Media Corporation back in the days of Sun News Network.
Please know I'm not disagreeing with you but do we know if this Caolan Robertson is trustworthy? Could some of the counter claims be true? I am bummed that Faith Goldy was let go, but I want to be sure about this.

I am Austrian, but lived in Canada for over 40 years. In Western Canada, not too far from Calgary where Ezra Levant studied and was involved in political activism at the UofC. I learned to despise this guy decades ago when he became a contributor to the Calgary Sun. In print, it was disgusting enough, but watching him now on video, I would have loved to see him step on a rake (like in the Tom and Jerry Cartoons).
