It's always great to see all the content creators featured on the show and really cool when I see one of my posts simply because it gives a measure of feedback that we don't usually get on steem.
You read the poem out well m8 🙂 also, you got the meaning of the word 'roil' spot on. It's very true what you said about depression, and the worst thing about having severe depression is that people often end up at a point where they don't believe it will ever end. Then it becomes like a self fulfilling prophecy, they don't see the path to how to improve their mental health. I was like that for quite a few years... but I'm not anymore and I'm pretty much over it. As you said, often people don't see their own potential. Anyone can find the tools to dig themselves out of those dark times... if they keep striving.
You asked where I've been published. I've had several poems published in a few editions of an anthology (here in the uk) called poetry pool.
Anyway, thanks for including me in the 'chillin and curate' show.
P.s. Oh yeah, the word at the end 'cathartic' it basically means 'healing.'
