Things you should definitely say to depressed people.
When I went through a nasty bout of depression 10 years ago hardly anyone engaged with me. It's hard for both parties - the depressed and the people that see it happening. Usually people really don't know what to say or do around you.
So I took it upon myself to build a small list of handy, yet empowering ideas to give to people that are not feeling really great about themselves. Hopefully this will help both parties feel more engaged.

Depression is the hardest fact in our life. It happened to me some years ago and I am happy to be over it and back to life. Great post!
