Great initiatives - but why such barriers. It is impossible to apply for @oracle-d - you need to be open, and you create a narrow circle of favorites - you decide who suits you? Then this is global centralization - and this contradicts the interests of the community. It is sad !

Can you elaborate on your statement? Which barriers? Why do you think it's impossible to apply, any concrete examples? Why do you think it's centralized, which part of it?

This is what I see when I try to apply - it goes on for a long time - there are suspicions that you are making a selection!

Well like in any other business there are no unlimited jobs here, and of course employers select their staff in an application procedure. I think that's pretty normal.
Look, when we keep promoting Oracle-D and bring more customers on board, then automatically there will be new vacancies. That's how I'd be looking at it :-)
