I don't know from where you are, but by us in germany it's not allowed to drive with them on the street.
Just authorities cannot decide what driving licence you need for them - it's really unbelievable.
Only if speed is limited to maximum 6 Km/h you can drive with them, because until 6 Km/h you need no driving licence.
