I went through a lot last year, you just need to fight through the pain and don't let it ever win again. That's my view on it anyways
Well to me have been 30 years of pain now LOL But the last couple of years specially I have been learning and trying to become a better me and love myself and be confident and all that crap LOL And it is way better now. But there is still a long way for me to go. I have started that process too late so there are a lot of scars and story. :D Thank You so much for the positive input and nice words my friend. :D We always need to work on getting a better version of ourselves right? :D
I don't know if this helps but the thing that truly helped me out of my darkest moments was travelling to different place sin the world. My Euro trip changed my life and outlook on many aspects of my life.
It finally gave me the time to properly let go of things I thought would haunt me forever. Maybe a lil solo trip somewhere is what you need to gain a new clarity 👊
Yeah this Year with the help of Steemit and I want to travel a little bit. It is a nice advice. But when You are an emigrant that moved away by yourself.... travelling is not really possible LOL specially when You live in London. :D But thank You for the advice. And this Year I have a lot of things planned. And I know I sounded very dramatic (because that's who I Am LOL) but This last couple of Years were great for me when it comes to evolve as a Human being in all fields of Life. :D We are a project in progress. :D
You should do some vlogs about your journey. You'll be surprised about how many other people share similar backgrounds or are in the same headspace as you are.
You don't always need to be creating content, sometimes you just record what's happening your life.
