I experienced this International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta three years ago in Pampanga Philippines. This year the even will take place in Clark Pampanga this coming February 8-11. I will not be there this time but if you have the opportunity I encourage you to visit it. You will not be disappointed. here you can see a short video that I had made last time I was there. There is something so serene and beautiful about balloons at night. Did you take a ride ? Ive always wanted to but Im a bit scared to be honest lol

Aww thats a shame. A friend who took a ride here in UK once said it was sooo peaceful up there, if id been you, id be worried id land in the middle of Manila bay! Hope you get chance one day in the future :-)
