Even YouTubers with millions of Subscribers are now complaining about YouTubes trending page that used to support individual creators and is now basically only supporting mainstream media shows and music. In today's exclusive DTube video we will take a look at tweet by a very popular British YouTuber about YouTubes trending page and I can't help but think that in a way, it is worse than Steemits trending page... I think Youtube has continued to succumb to the will of the big advertiser who will drop cash to get highlighted. As you say, transparency is the key.

Yeah man, YouTube's trending page just seems to be one scandal after the next. Either seems to be paid content or content that's been stolen and reposted and somehow getting promoted on there. It should be strictly for original content creators that create specifically for that platform!
I Like Dtube. Almost always the videos works well. But the search engine really doesn't work. I cliks on the tags and dtube's search engine find nothing. I tried to find the video that I updload last week here and it's didn't find it.
The search engine on Bitchute is much better. I succeed to find my video upload days before there.
after Dtube debug this search engine the platform will be really a good alternative to YouTube.
Many channels I use to watch, the owners complains about demonetization. Some of them the majority of videos uploaded there the YouTube system demonetized them. Other channel suffered permanent demonetization of YouTube without no reason. And others suffer strike not allowing them live streaming there during 3 months without any reason or accusing them violating the rules of community. And the system what rule was violated by the channel.
About the trending pages. I give you the example of brazilian channel Terca Livre. Until last week almost all livestreaming of this channel was on trendings on Youtube. Since there no more this channel succeed be on youtube's trendings more. Every night the livestreaming there have at least 1500 to 2500 viewers same time. When the livestreaming of this channel was on trending it's reach more than 8,000 viewers at once on one livestream. since youtube no put more theses lives on trending the reach of them decay to 2,000 to 2,500 per each livestreaming.
steemit trending page also has a lot of problems, full of upvotes buyers.
Youtube is a really good idea and if they just listened to the creators and adjusted the website according to what the people who use the platform wanted, they would have had even more success than they did. Instead, they did the exact opposite and keep everything private. They never listened to the people that use the website and now they are censoring and demonitizing everyone and its really tough for a small creator on that platform now. Everyone is jumping ship to Dtube and were lucky to have such a great platform to move on to.
