C'mon, now, folks - If we accept that Apple coded a functionality into their phones that allows one to eavesdrop on any fellow iPhone user in their contacts list, isn't it being more than a little naive if we assume that: 1) we can toggle it off so easily, or, more importantly, 2) that it only functions on calls using FaceTime? This is only a tiny fraction of the total calls made.
