Great loop pedal performance mate! Really creative
#awesomediycontent
btw:
A NWW is awesome and I know the time with these wierd dreams. I prefer a NWD (No Weed Day) and repeat this for 3 years now ;)
I feel a bit triggered ^^ It is not whack to make 7 pushups per day for 77 days in a row. It is better than doing nothing mate.
And if you have twitter, this challenge is to promote steem on twitter.. It is not supposed to be here on dtube but people decide their own where to upload their content ;)
Omfg I was so insensitive :) I apologize (profusely)

What I mean by this, is that 7 pushups is almost useless because it doesn't break the muscle, doesn't help with building up, and doesn't even help for cardio. And anyway , you need at least 2 days of rest for the muscle to rebuild if you are not in peak condition.
The muscle can regenerate after 24 hours if you are an athlete, or fitness instructor because the body is getting used to the rhythm. But even those professional gym freaks have to rest on Sunday, to give the muscle a chance to recover.
check this chart :
Meaning 7 pushups is below average when you are between 20 yrs old and 40 yrs old.
Again, most people don't even do pushups properly, and I agree that doing something is better than nothing!
Nonooo that's why I had the ^^ at the end of my triggered :D
Thanks for the chart and information about resting and so on. I think I should change my pushup-strategy ^^ do 14 every two days would be good I think.. hmm need to think about it.
Peace!

Nice!!! I did exactly the same!
I used to take "Khat" here , which is methamphetamine , and of course liquid mdma and all that shazaam.
I stopped 6 years ago now, before our son arrived.
No regret tbh, just a different phase of our lives, you feel me?
