I think it is really cool that you are taking this challenge and you will keep us updated about your progress. I am definitely excited about your next episodes and what you can tell us from your experiences.
I normally meditate 20min in the morning and try to repeat it in the evening.
But to make yoga in the morning and meditation in the evening would fulfill my needs much more.. hmm thanks for the inspiration!
I will check when I will be able to change my habit to do yoga in the morning. It would be good for my health for sure. Your series will be a good motivation I think.

I almost missed this comment! So glad I checked my replies! Meditation is so good, and something I need to really consider doing more often. It would be amazing if you were able to do both yoga and meditate in one day!
