I fully agree with you and I think one of your reasons is super important:

I think every single interaction is valuable. Even if bots are commenting and making promo (the servers costs money) or one isn't watching your video and just say "nice post" or whatever. Every interaction shows interest on your channel on any know Nd of way.
Of course a "nice post" or promo it is not satisfying but it is time the creator invested and it shows that you are interesting + we should show our respect for other users (humans who comment & humans coding bots to comment)
We can lead this blockchain into a bright future if we show new users that their comments are valuable and important for the network. If they see that even a "nice post" brings small upvotes - they get used to write comments.
And if they see that topic related comments bring more upvotes - they will get used to write comments with real valuable contents.
And that is for me the difference between: valuable comments and comments with valuable content on the other side.
