Good morning guys and gals!
So lately I've been seeing more and more people investing in Steem, and using their alt coin stash to do so.
And I'm with you on that, the thing with alt coins is, they can moon up as quickly as they can bottom down, in the same hour, day or week. So if you're a daily trader or even hourly trader, I would say alt-coins are still a good idea to hold.
But if your'e like me and lead a busy life, Steem is the one for you. Because investing in Steem doesn't only mean you get good returns when it's up and security of a solid investment. But you get a whole platform where you can express yourself and even reward others for inspiring you. Also, you can literally make Steem on a daily basis by being fully involved in the community.
Honestly, I hold 2 coins only, Steem and Ethereum, only because of the way they seem to hold a steady value against other coins and have pretty impressive moon shot qualities. But I have a little fear of selling the ethereum short, so as it grows, I hold an excat amount and any profits head straight back into Steem.
This place is worth investing in, use your time and talent and dig in. Enjoy @dtube for everything it offers and what it can become and live the Steemit life and fuel a growing and encouraging community.

Haha everyone has said that so far today, and boy do I feel it! Lucky Willow has been keeping me entertained most of the day, and who knows she’ll probably be the star of the show soon.

I wasn’t feeling great all of last week, then this weekend it hit me like a brick wall! I’m hoping to be on the upside by the morning, not much fun being so crappy!
Drink a lot of water, try to have some lemsip or something like that at least to help with the body aches... and if you are brave enough drink a couple of garlic teas per day for a couple of days. It is disgusting and you kight puke... but it is good for your immunitary system. Dont forget to pintch your nose if you are going to drink it.
Garlic tea is new, I don’t think I’m prepared for that haha. I’m working through the teas right now actually, but I might skip that one, even though I love garlic. Let’s hope for a more upbeat vlog tomorrow! Thanks for the well wishes man!

Yeah, I wanted to make much more of an upbeat vlog today but I’m really not feeling it! I won’t let anything get in the way of my challenge haha. The trophy has been won indeed, my hard work paid off!
Exactly I can have a wallet full of coins but they only gain value from an increase in trade value. I make steem by having steem, I can't generate litecoin by blogging. Steem has that advantage over everything. Even if steem price goes down, you still make money.
You’ve got the idea! That’s what I like about this platform, even though you are making money, it’s not all about the trades and value. You get the backing of an entire community and they encourage you to freest more by rewarding the genuine content you produce. I think I might play with other currencies in small quantities as I learn more about the crypto world but for now, I’m playing it safe while I don’t have the time to research

For now I’m only holding two as I haven’t had much to to fully look ino alternatives. I was holding a couple more like SALT and Ripple but it was hard keeping up with so many, especially when they were going through quite a volatile period so I sort of limited myself until I get some more time to play with the markets.
As for my daughter, I will be doing some posts with her soon actually, I wanted to find a way to feature her as she’s such a huge part of my life but without oversharing on her part for future privacy, if you know what I mean. But yes I have done some beautiful photos of her, it’s been a dream as a photographer to have a baby model every day for the last year!

Surprising but cool to hear you're only in on ETH and Steem, I can see why and today looks like a great time to ladder in. Will be interested to see where the bottom is but I feel we've got to be there by the end of the month, then it's on and up!
Thanks! To be honest, I’m much more of a writer myself, video work still feels very alien to me compared to doing a written post where I feel I can be much for confident in my expression. I’m haven’t had a chance to research too much to do with other cryptos so for now I’m just staying with what I can keep up with, in the future who knows, maybe I’ll experiment a little more. Good luck to us and hoping for higher returns on our well earned Steem!

No worries man, we need to get that coffee soon! I’m keeping an eye out for some illusive trades but I’m holding out for the prices to lower for now. One thing is though, I’m tempted to hold my SBD for the time being. I see that dropping low and being bought rapidly, thus hopefully heading up back in the same trade values we saw before Christmas, with that much Steem to be won on the market at those rates, I might sit tight and enjoy the next moon phase with a pocket full of cheap Steem. Just a thought!
Yes I'm up for grabbing a coffee when ever we both have time pal. Yeah I think it's not a bad shout at holding SBD for a little while to see if the ratio improves. Another thing to consider is though. If the Steem price goes above the SBD price it is probably more beneficial to 100& power up reward?

Does it count a Dtube daily if I upload old videos, but this is the first time I ever uploaded them anywhere cause Ive been vlogging on my phone for a while now, but only now have a place to put them (Dtube/Steemit). what do you think?
Of course it counts ;) As long as it adds value to the community it will be awesome! Always interesting to see people's vlogs to see if you can gain any unique insights.
If you think Ether is steady then you should think Bitcoin is steady since they both go up and down at a similar trend haha. And Bitcoin have been able to live a long time. Every coin actually has that go to the moon potential quality. But it's most safe to invest in the largest coins because they are big for a reason.
EOS I am super fascinated with because the genius behind Steemit is behind that coin haha. I need to research it more to see what it does. Anything from the Steemit founder must be pure gold in future value! Dogecoin is a bit fun to own just for the lolz. And has a pretty interesting community. Sadly in terms of development it seems to have been slow the last couple of years.
