We have found that the cure for Grumpy Gus is to under promise and over deliver. It either cheers them up, or disqualifies them as someone we want to do business with.
The Cautious Colin we are okay with. We find he best way to do business with them is to have what we call a "ridiculous offer." Something you don't make much or any money on initially, but makes it easy to become a client and stay cautious until proven wrong.
The first 2 can cause the third to happen if not handled properly ;) We aim to turn everyone onto our mindset of faith and investing in the future. That is doing business right.

Thanks very much for the comments...And great points for sure. Yeah it's hard to have people grumpy and pissed off when they are smiling from ear to ear. Always the goal for sure :)
