Really like the summary. I would like to add that in order to be 100% focused, one should practice fully immersing themselves in the present moment. Not about what needs to get done later today, or what you should have done yesterday. 100% in the present moment. Think of it like tunnel-vision for what's right in front of you.

these are great tips for managing your time, because I believe that we should use the time given to us as efficiently as possible, and do not waste our time on bad people and things. Wash your goals no matter what others say! May success come with you!
Totally can see myself slipping away without prioritizing the bigger things first, and just having time disappear. Will power and properties are too important.
I do have laser focus though. Almost to the point that if I'm focused and someone is talking I do not hear them at all. Frustrates friends some time.

It is impossible to be always 100% focused all the time. What really helps to get that tunnel-vision like vision is Modafinil.
