Been a little out of the loop lately, so I missed this post until now.
I'm almost certain that Paddock was an arms dealer for Alphabet agencies, and the Casinos were how he got paid, through gambling 'winnings'. I am very doubtful that he was involved in shooting anyone, and the presence of Prince Alwaleed in the hotel at the time is very significant IMHO.
Keep at this investigation, as I think the footage that hasn't been released will prove the involvement of USG forces by showing them in his room at the time the shooting began.
