Now you have me hungry for lunch! Would those be tough to grill on the BBQ? I could see the bacon grease causing quite a fire and would be challenged to get the burger cooked without burning the bacon.

These were done on the BBQ, yes... and yes, it's a little trickier with the amount of fat drippings... but far from impossible luckily ;-)
