Hello DTubers/Steemians,

In this Photoshop Tutorial, Learn how to create Ice Bear with Little Girl walk together in winter effect Photo manipulation.

This Photo Manipulation tutorial you'll learn how to easily turn a photo look like a fantasy winter walk with photo Effect.

I am using Photoshop CC, but I'm sure it will work with earlier versions or other programs.
