Thx for the reminder, I usually do. The last few days were rough because I am on vacation with my family and I still juggeling tons of Steem related things. Thanks for the info. Now I know why there 're not much info about sales or so . I am really intrested to make somthing like Dtube but for a certain nitch in another language ( Arabic) ..... since it is my original language and since its really widely spoken, and since the fact English is not welcomed by the majority there ( only a thin segment who feel comfortable to English). So that is a valid temporary hinder to join steem. I wish I find affordable devlopers who can help me achieving this idea, and I was amazed when I learned about Utopian.io and then about the SMT. do you have any advise for me where I can start ( Utopian) or wait for SMT. I appreciate your time and consideration. Sorry for this long comment, but I dont know how to reach out to you in another means.

True! That happens through a shift of SBD to SP ratio at our payouts. This is set by the witnesses to keep pressure on the SBD to bring it back to the intended 1 USD peg.

I agree, @flauwy. The more that I create for DTube, the less appealing putting in effort to developing a YouTube channel becomes. Right now we have an advantage as early adopters to develop these platforms as content creators. It's a great feeling.

Beautiful time to put in the hard work and grind yourself forward until you find your audience. Or you do the fast way through amazing content, networking and one of the many SP giants next to Steemit like DTube, Utopian, dMania, DLive and Busy.
Dtube will definitely replace youtube if they keep up this demonetization thing that seems to be getting worse by the day.
Youtube will see some of the best players switch to DTube in 2018.

I'm on the fence. I've only recently begun using my YouTube channel, and started on DTube. I don't see why both cannot succeed, but I'm all for blockchain over Google's absolute control over the Internet.
