I avoid burnout during my travels.
Here are some of the numbers:
I change beds every 7 days..
I'm changing cities every 3 to 6 weeks
My workstation is never the same...
I have only 40 pounds of belongings on me during this whole trip....
Yeah.. Things can get stressful... But this is what I do:
Days like this where I feel like death.. I take 98 percent of my day off. I've stayed in bed all day. And just watched youtube videos and made myself dinner. That's about it. Posting this video is the only thing I've done in terms of work all day.
That's how I avoid burnout. By taking MASSIVE chill days.

My methods for burnout: Less food if possible (Fasting) combined with Water from the Source
And if I will eat I'll make sure to eat organic, raw foods

Yeah I think my burnouts sometimes comes from eating out too much. It's easy to just buy meals when you're traveling. I bought myself groceries and I'm going to make my own meals now for the next few days. I'm pumped :)
