RE: One Question >> Have you voted for your Steem Witnesses (or at least using a Proxy to vote on your behalf ) ? Your Witness Votes Determines Steem's Future!!!

in #dtubedaily6 years ago

Voting for 21 witnesses is hard for most newcomers who don't know many witnesses. A good option is the 'proxy' option which will basically 'copy' the votes of another user, that you trust. Low maintenance, and better for the community than voting for less than 21 witnesses or doing it and forgetting about it.

Likeyou, I also maintain my list of voted witnesses regularly. I basically vote for people who commit their time and personal skills into making steem better. Witnesses who run bidbots or just sit idle will never get my vote.

I totally agree with you @heimindanger, I remember when I committed to steem fulltime three months ago, I didn't know much about who to vote for a witness and I should have set-up a proxy!!!

I'll edit my post and include your points!

Yes, we must constantly updating our witness votes and otherwise use 'proxy' option

@heimindanger, where is this option "proxy" located in my Steemit account??

You'll see a "proxy" option here @cryptospa

@nathanmars, I just did it! I voted for my Steem Witnesses using the 'proxy' (using the link you sent to me).
I am a bit shy to say, to admit, but...to be honest I never voted for Steem Witnesses before, because I dont know them, and I tought it is a complicated process. But, now with the help of @nathanmars, and after having watched the video I realized that I have to vote.

So, YES!
