Hello Everyone,
Today's topic is:
Self employed holiday guilt.
If you are self employed you will probably know exactly what I am talking about.
It is that nagging feeling that you should be working whenever you take time off.
In this video I share my thoughts on the subject.
We have started a woodworking community here on steemit and would welcome you.

So weird, my video today I talk a brief moment about taking breaks. So true, tho, I get that guilt big time. Makes it difficult to truly take a break.

It really is difficult not too get the guilt. Dude I was lovin the pink floyd moments and that food looked epic. I need to back up my footage, its taking over my laptop.
Oh man, that burger was epic! So tasty. It's always fun to find the local watering holes where the residents eat. Yeah, I was beginning to feel worried about if something happened to my computer and I lost all my files. I'd have a heart attack.

I buddy just took his first vacation in 5 years. He isn't self employed, so not sure if his company didn't give him vacation time or if he just didn't take it. But my god he needed it. He has been working 7 days a week 10+ hours a day. I haven't gone on a real vacation this year and I'm going nuts from being at work all the time. I feel all I do is go to work, come home, go to sleep, wake up, repeat. Might use 1 of my 3 remaining days off to spend the day with my mom when she comes out for the baseball game we are going to
That is a long time with out a holiday. We all need some time to recharge and I need more now than I used to. That sounds like a nice way to spend a day off.
