It is very disappointing I know. It have been only 5 days and I was going strong but today I have failed to be sober and I had 1 drink after a very busy and long day at work.
At the same time it is a win because even if I am off tomorrow and it is Saturday night I have only got that one drink while we were trying to relax a little bit after work.
I have decided to come clean and tell You about it even if I could simply hide and pretend that nothing happened because I think it is very important to be honest and truthful in every aspect of Your life.
And since I choose to share mine with all of You I need to be 100% honest.
Anyway this drink today doesn't mean I am back into drinking it was just a step back and now I will try and be strong and keep the streak going for longer.
Moral: be honest and truthful.
