DTube Fitness Journey - Month 2 Building a New Habit! (Keep me accountable @dtubefitness)

Yo Yo Steem Stars and DTube Fitness Fanatics!

Yesterday, I committed to getting up EARLY and doing my Insanity MAX30 sessions BEFORE eating anything.

This is because I got some advice from a former professional body builder last week about burning fat by doing this.

This is probably common knowledge among you fitness lot. However, it's new to me, as I always found I could go harder and longer after I've eaten. Of course, this just means you burn what you've eaten, rather than your fat stores!

Right then - here it is for accountability purposes!

I'm going for 5 Insanity MAX30 sessions per week, with the additional Ab sessions afterwards on 2 Days. So, it's the full month 2 Insanity program. All before eating in the morning!

Plus, I'm going for 2 kickboxing classes per week.

Even though I'm not an early riser by nature, I think I've got this.

After all, I'm always going on about creating new habits as the key to success, so it's time to put my money where my mouth is!

Check out how I got on this morning and enjoy a bit of the beautiful scenery as well.

You are a fucking machine! I'm so happy to see you doing so well and your motivation has inspired me to get my workout routine back going strong! These last few days it's dropped off completely but after reading this I'm like I can totally fit in a 30 min workout! Here's to healthy happy bodies! 😘

Thanks Ozzie. Managed to stick with it today, so starting to build those new neural pathways and it'll get easier every day.

I loved that man. Dedication through accountability. Exercising in a fasted state works it's hard but it works. Early mornings that's the worst! Keep going hard man!! 💪🏻🏆🙏🥊
