In my opinion good to see that you've raised this point but i believe that we should not judge anybody because people who are saying as Follow For Follow and Vote For Vote they need guidance and if we see anybody doing this it's our Responsibility to teach them and educate them about the right way, because I've saw in this Economy when someone is doing mistake then others giving them degrading names and giving them warnings.
