I think posting on both platforms is not a bad idea since it will lead to a wider reach..
@kaliju I don't see why not. By posting on both platforms, you are expanding your audience and helping to grow the content on both Dlive and Dtube. After all, a user might use Dtube but not Dlive. Plus, its not spam if there are hundreds of videos on both platform each day.
Well, I have only posted one video to Dlive and Dtube, the reason I did it, is because that particular video got no play on Dtube. Not sure if it is taboo, however it can help new people grow quicker. I don't think it would be right to post all videos on both platforms. This is a grey area for sure. great video, Subscribed. please stop by my site and show some love too :)
So I shared the same post today on both platforms (dtube, dlive) to test. Dtube got 3 upvote in 2 hours, Dlive got 9 in ten minutes. I am going to start posting all to each platform.
Why should it be? At the end of the day they are two platforms and take into account that we do not talk about the same users, it really would not be bad. Maybe to feel comfortable you have to feel sure that you assemble a content that really pleases you, the rest does not matter! successes
Dtube has many problems ATM - Videos not playable etc.
I have really simple answer for this, in my opinion there are many people who are just video content creators, so if you upload your video to Dtube then that will include all video content creators, and if you upload it to Dlive then you can cover all streamers too and if you upload on YouTube and then if you share that video through Steemit then it will cover everyone else so it's not an bad choice to upload all three platforms to cover all type of audiences. Keep up brother. Wishing you an great day. Stay blessed. 🙂
I think Dlive should be used for streams, Dtube has a pretty cool interface and I find that the videos load faster there.
Prefiero sinceramente dlive my friend @kaliju
Great to see you raise the question and I enjoyed your video about getting a sandwich using SBD!
My vote goes to..... DLive.... Just DLive (yes, I am shilling).
@dlive is one of a kind, no doubt :D thank you for the support @ericwilson and @dlive24hour :D
My pleasure. If you ever wanted to do a weekly themed video let me know, we can add it to the schedule.
Thank you, I will chat it up with you on discord :D
post on both for good coverage- also the idea that something isn't good enough to post to steem is a problematic way of thinking as you could start to pander to what you think your audience wants to see.
Haha just commented on your dlive post and recognized another reason for dlive, since I saw a nice upvote of dlive on the other post after voting on it! ;)
I beleive video makers should do what they believe is best for their channel. If they find that they reach more people by posting on both platforms, then I say let them do it. Personally, I care more about the quality of the content they post. Thanks for the post !
Absolutely, this makes a lot of sense. Nothing wrong with sharing your stuff across different platforms, but there is a certain collective view here on steemit.com that is not in favor of such thinking. Thanks for stopping by and commenting!
I think it's not spamming the network and you shouldn't feel guilty for it becasue maybe someone is a user of @dtube but not a user of @delive or youtube, So we should share our content on every platform to keep in mind that no one must not be deprived from useful information. Information must be spread everywhere.
How it Work You can Check Here
Both dtube and dlive is well platform for creating and uploading video content.. But i think, we should use one of them..@kaliju
Please @steem-bounty solve the glitching and stucking in this website...
What is a bounty exactly?
A bounty is money sent to a post to be distributed to the users commenting on it. It provides a way to reward users directly and works in addition to the steem/sbd they receive from the blockchain. It works independently of SteemPower.
You create a bounty by sending any amount of sbd/steem to @steem-bounty together with a post-url in the memo.
How can I earn a bounty Users are then competing for the bounty by writing their answers to the post in comments that will achieve upvotes from the community and especially the bounty creator. The money of the bounty gets distributed to all top level comments of the post at the same time when the post is paid out (7 Days after it was written). How much everyone gets depends on the votes the comments received. The sender of the bounties votes are weighted higher so that she decideds where 80% of the bounty money goes and all other votes determine the rest.@kaliju has set 2.000 SBD bounty on this post!@steem-bounty does all of this for you automatically. You can use this service to automatically pay out a challenge, ask a hard question or simply to reward the people that interact with you.
Read more about how it works, even in different languages here.
Congratulations to the following winner(s) of the bounty!
