Boil It! Then, Live!

in #earlgrey7 years ago

This is a classical story of sun dried herbs called-TEA. "Loose leaf" to be exact. Grown in mostly Asian farms and tremendously beneficial to ones longevity, indeed. In order to get the perfect taste of an actual tea, it is important to have the leaves boil in bloody 100°C rather than pouring my China tea cup with just-hot water. To make it worst, serving me with tea bags immerse in just and if I may say it again-hot water! Where precisely is "justice" here? To all of you who are real tea drinker, you do understand where I am coming from. The essence of drinking tea is truly an art and must be part of ones lifestyle. Having lived in England,"Elevenses and Afternoon Tea" are everyday practices of drinking tea in England. It is part of the British culture and has a long history of how tea became part of every Briton, both the Royals and commoners. My most two English tea favorites are Earl Grey and Lady Grey. Each has distinct and remarkable infusion of flavors and scent. Yet, my first love is -Earl Grey. May be, just may be, a lady's preference goes with more manly-EARL GREY. Likewise, with the gents they would probably choose a more feminine-LADY GREY. fb6.jpg
