Hi @steemcleaners!
We understand that the #introduceyourself tag is normally for introducing a new account.
However, this particular post is introducing a tutorial for new users.... We thought it was directly relevant to the #introduceyourself tag.
Do you disagree?
Yes, you're introducing a tutorial. Unless you are a walking talking tutorial then it is irrelevant.
Seriously though, the reason is that everyone would do it and bury 'real' introduceyourself posts even worse than they do now.
Hi @patrice! Thank you for this clarity, and the kindness of your delivery.
We had another post in the introduceyourself tag, introducing a new technology service for steemians to convert facebook followers to steem followers....
We have removed the introduceyourself tag from that post, so as not to clutter the tag.
We would like to keep this post in introduceyourself. So many minnows are loving the guide. If you feel we MUST we will remove the introduceyourself tag from this post too.
We won't be using the #introduceyourself tag again. Thank you for your service of protecting and guiding the steem community. salute
Well.... we did put into the tutorial to follow the @steamcleaners guidelines... Wise to follow our own wisdom. We've removed the #introduceyourself tag.

On a side note. It would be great if someone would work to get a go-to tag for new users to find information trending. I don't have the time.
We changed the introduceyourself tag to minnow-guide (; @patrice
We think fellows like @finnian and @newsteemians have something very clever going on. They are commenting on most of the posts in #introduceyourself with tutorial tips and links!
Perhaps we can recommend usage of the @minnow-guide tag!
We are curious @patrice. Is there a particular process to seeing a specific tag in the list of tags? We've been using #earthnation for awhile and have yet to see it.
