By breathing technique. You do 3 rounds of breathing, and in one round you hold your breath without air in your lungs, and when it pasts 1 minute and 30 seconds, your brain goes on alarm that you are dying and not breathing, but you don't because you are full of oxygen and your PH level is way up, so your brain sends signal to your body and release an enormous amount of epinephrine (adrenaline). It is measured that you produce evene more adrenaline when you are jumoing with the bunji jum for the first time. So in that state when you have adrenaline, no bacteria or virus could enter your body. But even if they enter your body, you trigger a response of white blood cells to fight with disease only after 20 minutes of breathing. Normaly this would hapen after 4 days in your body. So that's why we are usualy sick from 7 to 14 days. And you override the immune response such as the simptoms of disease, like fever, inflamation and such. You are literaly hacking your body and don't have any symptoms of disease... but maybe mild symptoms for two days if the virus enters the bodyand you didn't prepare yourself. Also it is measured that after breathing your metabolic rate is high as 300 percent. Which speeds up the recovery that much faster.
