@arispranata I feel your frustration. I have had issues with certain other services myself. It is terrible when after you have sent payment and in turn you receive nothing but a loss. No upvote or even any acknowledgement at all. Which I have experienced in the past. Some resulting from my inexperience but some just plain out assisted "theft". I hope you receive the service or refund. Best wishes.
